The Kitchen / Diner is fully fitted and well equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge (with small freezer compartment), dining table and chairs.

The bathroom has shower cubicle, handbasin and toilet.

Doors lead to the open beamed lounge with electric fire, TV, DVD player with small library of DVD's & CD's.

Open tread stairs lead to the first floor double galleried bedroom with restricted headroom.

• Bed linen included (not towels)
• A well behaved dog is welcome in Trout Fry - we charge an extra £30 for your dog
• The cottage s strictly non smoking
• Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday
• Short breaks are available out of the main holiday season.
